"We were so excited about this trip since of us are spring break. It was my husband and son and me excited to be in South Beach. I’m so excited when I found this hotel through Hotels.com but arriving check in to 45 minutes in the room smell like smoke. It was terrible even when I came home my suitcase and clothes smells like cigarette. I was awful. I don’t think I’m ever going back to that hotel. Also, they never told us their pool was on their maintenance. Had to go to another hotel to used their pool. "

"Really cool place to stay with an interesting history. Rooms were nice and the food was excellent. It’s quite expensive but it is a premier resort. The only strange thing was that we could not get ice directly as it had to be brought to our room "

"Great, they have beach service and loungers for hotel guests, Staff were exceptional. 3 min Uber to Franklin st shopping. Lots of restaurants all over that area too. Drinks on the patio late nite was great. "
