The hotel was recently updated and was clean. Rooms were very small. The air needed to be turned down very low to cool but it worked. It was a bit noisy but I like the him at night. "Walkable to a park to access the beach. There were quite a few dining options within walking distance as well. The hotel is not the quietest at night due to being right beside Collins Ave, but its not the worst. Valley parking is convenient and not priced terribly for the area. If the Tavern beside the hotel had better service that would have been amazing. Their food was really good, just poor and slow service.
