"There are a few small complaints. The first was no lobby and exercise room. I could have sworn I saw pictures of a lobby and exercise room for this location, but maybe it was different for a different location. I just barely arrived a little before 6:00 so I was wondering how would I had gotten to my room if I arrived after 6:00? Second was the toilet paper. It was very odd to me the toilet was not next to the toilet but across the room. I had to roll enough toilet paper around my hand just...

"Our stay was perfect! The location can’t be beat with a block from the beach and CVS right next door. They also have a small bar and a little market inside the hotel which was great. They were very accommodating and the room was huge and had everything we needed! Highly recommend! "

"For this price in the heart of Miami, it is a bargain and wonderful experience. The apartment was super clean and comfortable; the beach is amazing and beach chairs and umbrella are included. The newly renovated pool, the gym, tennis, restaurant, general store, and laundry gave us everything we could ever need. The location is close to many great restaurants and shops. And Maria was responsive and kind. I would highly recommend this experience and will be back."

"This is a beautiful residence with amazing views. Incredible resident amenities at the hotel, including special access to tables on the rooftop restaurant and a dedicated area at the pool. This management company is the best! Easy communication, they met us onsite, and even gifted us with New Year's treats. Would love to come back!"

"Nothing "

"The location on the beach was great but the property itself was crappy compared to the pictures. The dishwasher was broken, there were no bowls to eat out of (despite few dining options nearby, and despite multiple requests to staff for bowls!). The bathrooms were very nice and had been updated recently, but the bedrooms and common areas were downright shabby with patches of paint on the walls and worn out furniture. We will not rent this unit again. "
