"Starting with check-in we walked around trying to find the lobby we had been told we could chek in and leave our luggage with the concierge, finally I asked one of the cleaning ladies where we could find it and was informed it was closed for that day... she was very helpful however and called to get a room for us right away. The room was nice and perfect size it was clean except for the shower. no issues during our stay and we enjoyed the roof top seating. Checkout was an issue for us with lack...

"The location on the beach was great but the property itself was crappy compared to the pictures. The dishwasher was broken, there were no bowls to eat out of (despite few dining options nearby, and despite multiple requests to staff for bowls!). The bathrooms were very nice and had been updated recently, but the bedrooms and common areas were downright shabby with patches of paint on the walls and worn out furniture. We will not rent this unit again. "

"For this price in the heart of Miami, it is a bargain and wonderful experience. The apartment was super clean and comfortable; the beach is amazing and beach chairs and umbrella are included. The newly renovated pool, the gym, tennis, restaurant, general store, and laundry gave us everything we could ever need. The location is close to many great restaurants and shops. And Maria was responsive and kind. I would highly recommend this experience and will be back."

"Property manager Sabrina was truly amazing and accommodating at any of our requests. We requested a late checkout cuz our flight was a little bit later and she helped accommodate us with that too. Very beautiful stay, beautiful pool, beautiful exercise room, thank you for everything."
