"The property was clean new and no issues, beds were comfortable, the cons were there was no toaster, no big pot to make a family pasta dinner, just small pots, only 5 keurigs of coffee that didn’t even give my husband and I two cups a piece, and I didn’t really like that we only had one towel and facecloth per person, so we had to reuse everything the next night. We loved having coffee in the backyard in the mornings and we were a short walk (2 min) from Biscayne Blvd where there are some great restaurants. Sam was responsive when I asked about parking, and all of the instructions and information about the property were clear and helpful."

"Property had everything we needed. The Ritz Carlton is a beautiful place and it was so nice using their facilities and everything was close by. I heard they were doing some renovations during the summer so it will be even more beautiful. Hope to come back someday."
