"We chose this hotel because it was one of the few in the south beach area with a 2 bedroom suite. Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby, bar and restaurant area are nicely furnish but arriving at 3 p.m. prime time afternoon we couldn’t get a cold drink or a bite to eat until 6 p.m. and would have to go to filling station next door for food and drink. We were also told that parking was off site about 1/2 mile away and that they no longer offered valet service so we would have to self park and...

"Hotel was amply lush inside and out. Staff was great though most spoke Spanish only. Room was great though bathroom is large but badly organized with no door on the toilet area and a huge tub but a tiny shower - and no real shade on the bathroom to the bedroom. For the price (and I had the no discount or air miles price) those things should be fixed."

"The property and location are phenomenal. We really enjoyed the amenities, including bicycles, the pool, the bar, and the proximity to the beach. The staff was friendly, including the valets and the servers near the pool. The interior spaces, including the room, are a bit outdated. "The hotel in general is really nice including the grounds and rooms. The staff is friendly and would generally do what you ask for.. The big downside is that by 1pm you will have no sun by the pool at all as the building is blocking it…. "
