"Absolutely amazing time. Completely exceeded our expectations. The On-Site restaurants were outstanding. Don Quijote was our favorite, but the other 3 were very good. The Los Arcos Lunch was fabulous, the Taco Bar is a must visit(Thank You Jesus for great Service). Le Fuente offered a great buffet overall, Breakfast Omelet Station was fantastic. The Activity staff(Anahi, Denise, Isabel, Fernando) did not pressure you but were the most entertaining people of our whole trip. The Resort was super clean and the staff was always attentive to our needs. Thank you for an Outstanding Vacation....We will be back."

"Never stayed at a five diamond resort before and not sure I’ll ever be able to not stay at one again. The service was next level, food was out of this world good, and the personal butler service was awesome. Will definitely be returning to Hotel Mousai in the future!"

"i stayed for 2 weeks with my well behaved dog. in feb-2025 i felt very safe in the hotel and surrounding area. short 10 min walk to a beautiful beach. room that i had was dog friendly and large .2 bedroom with kitchenette and living room. it had good ac but i rarely used it. strong hot showers. semiprivate balconies for each room. staff was very friendly and helpful. pool and hottub looked beautiful"
