"My stay was very pleasant overall. The staff was cheerful and helpful, my room was very quiet even the the hotel fronts on a busy street. Air conditioning was more than adequate even on a couple of days that reached 100 F. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Very comfortable bed. A couple of minor complaints. "Incredible, peaceful, and beautiful place. A great mix of jungle, hacienda ruins, posh facilities, and a healing, new age vibe. Quite remote, but that is part of the intrigue. The food is also incredible (even my husband, who is a dedicated carnivore, was floored by it. All the staff was fantastic and very thoughtful about the experience they wanted to create. Wish we stayed longer to get to relax and unwind in such a special spot. "
