"Staff is excellent as well as the property. Didn't get 5 stars only because the beds are hospital hard. Typical of Mexico sadly. Linens however were crisp, clean and the pillows were wonderful. Security for vehicles etc is excellent and the AC worked beautifully which of course is a must. Stayed here twice and will be back again."

"Make sure to run the water a few minutes for the jacuzzi, the water seems yellowish, but front desk assured us it because of the water treatment system "

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. It had good restaurants and a nice pool. The only flaw was the inattentive gate attendant. We had to lift the exit gate ourselves to get out of the parking lot because the attendant did not come out of the guard shack. He had his music so loud he did not hear us drive up."
