Easy to get a taxi or grab to the airport, very flexible check-in allowing early check-in or drop off luggage if my flight arrive early, easy to entertain family for meals because of the onsite restaurant. "The staff are exceptional! Everyone works super hard to help the guests and ensure they have everything needed. Jeff, one of the porters, was especially friendly and helpful. The porter who worked the other shift was also wonderfully kind and helpful but Ive forgotten his name. The hitel is right in Chinatown and you can walk to most of the malls and restaurants.
