"It was very cheap and not to far from shinjuku and shibuya I recommend getting the room they offer as it was totally worth it in my opinion. Options for breakfast were pretty limited and not worth it in my opinion it’s also walking distance from a busy street and a 24 hour McDonald’s though I’m personally not a fan of McDonald’s. The staff were very friendly and most spoke English. They also have vending machines in the hotel as well as a bunch of manga to read at the laundromat. For the price...

"Okay price for the location. Only con was the bathroom had an odor."

"Everything was great. From check in, to having my own locker, new towels and Pjs every day and just necessary essentials. I was not comfortable with the bed. I stayed multiple nights with just a thin pad you’re lying on. Not comfortable at all. Besides that, I don’t have any other complaints. I enjoyed being walking distance to the metro. That’s imperative to have. "

"Comfortable bed and amenities. Co space to have coffee or relax. You can still hear people at night even when they are trying to be quiet. Take exit 4 from train if you have a trolley bag with escalators instead of stairs. "

"Convenient. Less expensive than a hotel and no taxi needed. Small pod-like sleeping chamber is adequate, clean, and quite comfortable for a one-night stay to pick up a continuing flight. I'd stay at PassGo Bali airport again. "

"The staff spoke English well and were always willing to help or be accommodating. They cleaned the bathrooms and other areas everyday. Only bad things were that although I stayed in the hotel for nearly 3 weeks they did not change my bed sheets. I'm sure if I requested it it probably would have happened. But it should have been some automatically every few days or so. Also the laundry dryer did not work very well so I used a local laundrymat instead. I would not stay in a hotel ever again...

"Very close to Kuramae station, ideally located for both Narita & Haneda airports. Some fast food and izakayas around, including McDonalds and Sukiya. Cube was comfortable and beautifully designed. Nice common area. However, only one loo for my entire floor and fewer amenities to similar "cube" hotel I stayed nearby. "
