With only 8 rooms, this hotel was the perfect stay. Breakfast was included and it has decent views especially from the third floor. I would stay here again. Noud the owner was friendly and very helpful, was able to rent a motorbike which came handy during our stay.

Perfect stay in elnido. Amazing staff. They do everything they can to help you with all your needs, including booking island hopping and scooters. Can’t wait to come back when their pool is finished. Can’t recommend enough.

A nice place to stay and close walking distance to the ocean and restaurants. A 10 minute ride to Angel Beach and Lio Beach! The hotel serves breakfast for free. The owner is very polite and will answer all your questions.

Jennifer and staff went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable and welcoming. Our flight came in at 8am and we were pleasantly surprised that our room was already available. Included breakfast was delicious and filling! Added bonus is that Jennifer was able to book the tours we preferred, complete with pick-up from the hotel to drop-off at group meeting places. We optimized the time we were in El Nido cause of their organized tours.

Mr Noad and Mimi and the rest of the crew makes sure your stay in El Nido is unforgettable Highly recommended. Mr Noad booked all our tours and transportation back to Puerto Princesa at very reasonable price. Surprised my husband with a bottle of wine and s bday cake with room decor. Staff greeted him with birthday songs as soon as we arrived!!! That was fun! Thanks a lot Mansion Buenavista!

If you are looking for a place that is close to home comfort, this is the right place. The whole atmosphere was welcoming superb company by host and all the staff. We were welcomed by a cheerful Mimi and enjoyed conversations during dinner with Jennifer and Noud. What a spectacular time we had! The meals were thoroughly enjoyed by all. Our family had a wonderful stay here! The photos are accurate and there is a beautiful mountain view from our deck. This place has a lot of charm and the host is super friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. Mimi was also very nice, professional and helped us with activities! The room and beds were comfortable and Wifi was very good.

The owner Noud and his wife Jennifer was very pleasant and made us feel at home. They even prepared special breakfast for us when they heard that we were craving for champorado and tuyo. The property was very clean and spotless. The rest of the staff was friendly and responsive to our requests. They also arranged our tours and excellent recommendations as to which tours to book. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

The owner, Noud, and his staff were kind and very helpful. Upon arriving we were greeted by a half dozen staff members who carried our luggage up the inclined walkway and a flight of stairs to our room on the second floor. The beds were also quite comfortable. The property is well maintained, and everything was very clean. I would recommend anyone visiting El Nido to stay here.

9/10, only because the road in front in noisy and there is construction all around. Otherwise absolutely incredible staff, proximity to everything and the food! Mango pancakes were so yummy and the beef burger was one of the best I’ve had in years! Rooms are basic but very clean and I just can’t say enough about how accommodating the staff was. I was ill and they really cared and took wonderful care of me . If your going to busy and looking not to rest much, this is a great choice. Street noise does slow down after 22:00. Enjoy

I like the view overlooking mountains and place is safe and quiet. All staff are friendly. Breakfast is delicious but the serving is not enough. They need to increase their serving. Overall property is very good 😊.

We loved this modest property and their attention to detail. Lovely owners Jennifer & Noud go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Delicious breakfast and drinks. It’s not fancy but it was perfect. Great walkable neighborhood as well tucked in the hill away from noise.

We had a wonderful stay at Mansion Buenavista in El Nido, where the warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The service was exceptional with attentive staff (special shoutout to Mimi) who went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Another highlight was the amazing breakfast choices and Filipino food for dinner. Overall, the tour, massage, transfers, and other services such as laundry at this place was worth it.
