"Fantastic large room and friendly staff but the lift and room corridors are all outdoors which in January was freezing and uncomfortable. No onsite dining was really a challenge too, particularly for breakfast. No black tea (only green) and dodgy keypad room locks which failed for us and had to get fixed. Great location and views from 11 floor room. "

"The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but...
