"We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was truly a 5 star experience. From the customer service of all the ladies at the front, to the meals at the Soul restaurant (waitress Trang was so lovely), to the convenient location within walking distance of all Hoi An attractions - plus complimentary bike hire and multiple transfers per day to the beaches. Highly recommend, and would stay here again. "

"Good hotel"

"What a gem of a hotel. Its situated right on the edge of the pedestrian area, so close to everything, but far enough away to be quiet. We booked the Penthouse Suit at the top because its was so cheap, yet still a wonderful hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, quite with a great view out over the town and river. Breakfast was small, but still with a good choice of buffet and cooked options. There is a pool downstairs, although more like a giant bath."

"The staff was first-rate. The breakfast spread was good & varied, and the views from the roof-top breakfast room were really nice. The location is in the heart of the old district, which is a plus. That means the hotel is an easy walk to sites, as well as shops and places to eat. The problem is the street noise. If you stay in the back of the hotel, there's less noise but also a small window & no balcony. If you stay in the front of the hotel, you get large windows & a lovely balcony, but you...

"We had a great stay at this wonderful little hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a drink and small snack at check in, which was a nice touch. The location is pretty much perfect - steps away from old town but just far enough that you’re not kept up by the festivities. The exterior of the hotel is very cute and quaint. Pool and gym were small but nice, breakfast was good and enough variety for everyone to find something they like. Room was spacious and nicely...
