The staff are well trained and very accommodating. The front desk lady named Pau was the best. She upgraded me and allowed me an early check in. She also went out of her way to make sure I got my luggages from the airline’s carrier since the luggages were delayed in Los Angeles.

This review is not for publication. Overall we were happy with our stay except not having any light from outside was discouraging. Our window was completely blacked out by an opposing wall and listening to water run down the walls all night made sleep intermittent. When we left the building early in the mornings, there was no sign of rain having fallen so we were unware of why there was always the sound of running water.
