"The people is so polite and helpful , I just felt misinformed or not clear info about the process for the checkout . Please guys you need to warn the people about the amount of stairs to move around , some people have bad legs and it became a little bit of challenge for my friend who has bad knees . "

"Everything about Wild Coast tented lodge is 5 star. Ultra luxurious stay in the wild. Staff are super hospitable and puts guests satisfaction above anything. Food is amazing. This is first all inclusive place where we found food amazing. Although this is all inclusive hotel, they have not compromised on food and drink quality. This is top notch hotel to be experienced. Free game drive per night is a huge addition. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The team at Big Game was amazing! We booked because we really wanted to do a safari and that was amazing but we were blown away be everything else! The food was above and beyond what I expected with 4 courses for dinner, 3 at lunch , and a very full breakfast. They list breakfast as continental but it's much more than that. The first tent we were in was fine but we upgraded part way through and really appreciated the extra space! "

"Beautiful experience. Incredible views. Hospitality was outstanding. Dinner was delicious. Overall, the experience was worth every penny. It was cold of course, so pack warm. And if you’re going to check in at 2pm, I suggest bringing some snacks to tie you over until dinner; although, dinner, and late night snacks were great!"

"The camp ground has a nice setup with a dining tent and lounge area. The food was pretty good overall but vegan options were limited for dinner. The safari was the best part with well maintained jeeps and a guide. Not a fan of the bathroom in the tent, it is hard to ignore the smells in a small tent"

"From start to finish the staff made our trip perfect. Incredibly friendly, attentive, always looking to do something a little extra to make your stay unforgettable. "A special place close to Yala that makes you feel like you’re in the park. Small staff was so friendly and lovely, and I felt well taken care of. Delicious meals—often candlelit and with an outdoor grill. Room was air conditioned and well appointed, despite the jungle setting. Only caution: there probably will be some wildlife in your bathroom! They also organized my safaris in the park, as well as pick ups and drop-offs, which I appreciated."

"They did not recognize the reservation from hotel.com. Took 2+ to checking and kept us waiting. Same for checkout. Food is great. service is good. There should be some arrangement for pickup from airport. Its difficult to get to the hotel as there are lot of roadblocks from local cops. If you have heavy luggage its difficult to get to the hotel."

"Tiger Tops Elephant Camp was amazing. Walking through the jungle with the elephants and getting up. Lose and personal with them was an unforgettable experience. We saw rhinoceros on the Jeep Safari. I would highly recommend this experience."
