Nice location and property in a secluded area. Excellent location if you want peace and quiet . If bad weather not much to do , so pray for sunshine if booking this hotel. Staff and service is enthusiastic , but can be frustrating if compared to refined employees in USA, Japan, Korea & Europe.

Very good bang for the buck. The pool and the other facilities were on point. It would be nice if the pool bar was open past 8. Otherwise, I'd have no problem recommending this property to my friends and family

The property is very beautiful and you instantly felt very welcomed once you step into the lobby. All the staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. The only down side is that they only have one restaurant on the property, but they did have a good selection of food to choose from when you eat there. We stayed in the room on the ground floor that had the pool view and it was worth it, we had easy access to the big and massive pool and made it easier for us to go in and out of our rooms. I would highly recommend staying here if you ever visit Puerto Princesa, the property is beautiful, it feels very relaxing and private away from the city, if that’s what you are looking for and the plus side the property is a less than 10 minute walk to the wharf that takes you to the Underground River!

This hotel is amazing!
The stay at the Four Points Sheraton was awesome. Although the location is a little out of the way it is absolutely worth it. We flew into Puerto Princessa Airport and drove to the location. The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. The food is delicious and on the night we got there they had a BBQ for dinner with a lot of variety. I give this location 10 stars.

Restaurant service is not consistent with each meal. They are easily overwhelmed with orders that comes in. Instead of processing orders as they come in (first come-first serve), they process order based on simplicity or complexity of orders. An order of 3 cheeseburger and 2 chicken sandwiches takes 2 hrs to complete. Apparently, this is very complex for them. With one restaurant operating to cater to the entire guest, it would most likely be dinner time when you receive your lunch orders. They're definitely not operating on a 5 star service.

Best assets- staff and setting
Hotel within easy access to Puerto Princesa underground river. Beautiful seeding on Sabang beach with mountain views. The staff are an asset to this hotel, with their friendliness and superb customer service. The biggest disappointment was the food. The food at the grill was bland and buffet was always cold. Experience some hit and misses with selections from the a la carte menu.

This Sheraton should replace the restaurant’s Executive Chef. The dishes both on the Buffet and À la carte are not good at all. The meat are tough, tasteless and are unappealing. The Buffet are hardly replenished such that the guests have to ask to refill the dishes including desserts and fruit. The restaurant’s waiters are oftentimes no where to be found, so the guests have to clear their own finished plates if they are going for a second round to get dessert. But most importantly, the dishes are NOT good, with poor variety, tough meats, overcooked fish, shrimp and other seafood. Unless this Sheraton fire and replace the Executive Chef, we are not coming back. On another note, my husband and I got transferred to another room 3 times due to some room issues. All 3 rooms have VERY WEAK shower water pressure. So weak water pressure that one will not find taking showers enjoyable. FIX your plumbing!

5-star resort with impeccable service & location
Our choice to book the relatively unknown Four Points was a gamble due to limited reviews and no actual photos available. However, our five-night stay in mid-December pleasantly surprised us. The hotel had recently opened, and we were among the first guests, enjoying the freshness of the facilities and excellent service. The staff's service-mindedness and courtesy was something else, we loved our stay here. With a capacity of 240 rooms, the hotel was nearly empty during our visit, providing ample space and solitude by the pool. We booked the King Deluxe Suite with a Pool View but encountered an issue with a blinking light in our first room. Despite initial attempts to fix it, the problem persisted. We were graciously upgraded to a suite due to this, a gesture we greatly appreciated. Our only feedback concerns the restaurant. Breakfast and poolside lunch options were delightful, but dining there for five consecutive nights grew monotonous due to the limited and inconsistent dinner menu. We look forward to the addition of another restaurant in the resort/area. The surrounding area lacked nighttime entertainment options, except for one restaurant up the beach. We also booked an underwater river tour through the hotel, which was smooth and highly recommended. Our stay at Four Points was remarkable, marked by impeccable service and the scenic location, and for us the unique experience of being in a nearly empty resort. If you're looking for a great stay in the area, come here!

Over all I’d like our stay in Four points by Sheraton. We enjoy the bar in the pool side specially the bar tender Gerald and Mark both are knowledgeable about the area. Staffs always had service with a smile, courteous. The place is so serene and relaxing specially at the beach front. Well recommended to come and enjoy. Just one tip need to book your flight early to check in to enjoy the best of those days. Airport is 1.5 hours away from this hotel.
