While checking in, I was given bare minimum information about the hotel from the receptionist. No details of closed pool (found out later from a letter in my room) no information about facilitites etc.
The most upsetting experience of check in was that the man who helped with my bags to my room then proceeded to ask if i was single several times, once in the room he asked if i wanted to go out on his bike later, when i declined he repeatedly asked why, he then asked if i wanted him to come to my room later that night. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and asked him to leave 3x saying this is really unprofessional and making me feel uncomfortable. I did not feel safe at all and slept with my suitcase against the door. I reported him to reception who just said, "sorry about that mam, we will report this" and nothing further, that I am aware of was done. I do not recommend female solo travellers to go to this hotel.
