"First, the good. Very convenient and close to Disney. Anna, the host was very responsive and during an abnormal weather situation, the home got cold, (there is no central air / heat) but Anna took care of us and provided us 2 new space heaters and electric blankets.The rooms are spacious and beds are decent. Kitchen is great and worked very well. Note, the second bathroom is under renovation, so their is only one bathroom which was tight for 5 of us, but we made it work.The switch to the light...

"We were one of the first to rent this house and found it very clean and newly renovated. We had 4 people that each got their own bedroom and queen or king bed. The layout is great for having your own bedroom, but lots of open space to gather as well. The kitchen, DR & LR form a great room with access to a patio and nice little backyard. The best part was that Jing (owner) was very responsive to any requests that we had and was a delightfully cheerful host. "

"This property was as shown although I expected the space to have a sitting area, which there isn’t. It’s is very nice and adequate for the two of us, but don’t try to cram more than 3 adults in into this space. It was fully equipped with the necessary tools and kitchen appliances, but lacked enough bathroom tissue and no paper towels. Had hot water issues, also. Overall, thumbs up!"

"Cozy and very clean living area that serves as bedroom/livingroom with 2 very comfortable beds and small modern kitchen. Separate walk-in closet to keep suitcases and clothing so room stays uncluttered. Lovely modern walk in shower with tile bench. We used the electric fireplace for ambient light but there are very good dimmable ceiling lights. Plenty of street parking, quiet neighborhood and close to old town Fullerton for good restaurants.
