"The check in process was very easy . It was quiet and enough space for my family of 5 . Upon arrival my son was going to sleep on the sofa bed but it was broken so he ended up just sleeping on the couch . The second room had curtains to block everyone out one of the curtains was hanging out of the ceiling. "I would not recommend this property. The apartment would fill with the smell of marijuana smoke several times a day (from a nearby tenant). Also the listing on Expedia indicates 2 bathrooms but there is only 1 bathroom. The morning of our checkout I got a call and a text at 6:45am asking what time we would be leaving so they could arrange for the cleaning crew. "The location was fabulous so close to the beach, which meant that we had a simple three minute walk to the amazing oceanfront and we enjoyed swimming in the ocean each morning and each evening. "Upon arrival at this building the place looked dirty and unpleasant to me. When entering the room according to my stay the garage door would be available, but for some mysterious reason it was not. The middle bedroom bed frame was broken, that it could not be used to sleep. I reported the issue but was never addressed.
