"The place itself was beautiful. Our family felt safe and welcomed. There was plenty of space and it was very clean. I will say that I was very disappointed in the pool. We did a two day trip and requested the pool to be heated beforehand. We arrived and the pool was freezing. It did not heat until the following evening, the night before we had to leave. Our family looked forward to using the pool. Other than that, we were happy. Just a bit unsatisfied. "

"Our family of five stayed here while exploring LA. it was conveniently located just a few blocks from Beverly Hills and allowed us to explore Hollywood, Santa Monica and Venice and spend a day at Universal Studios. The ADU has a spacious kitchen and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. Only thing to note is that the futons are on the smaller size so a little cramped for our 6 foot tall teenage son. But would come back again. "

"This property is in a great location very close to lots of shops, restaurants, etc. it’s up in the hills, so it has great view of the city. Only drawback would be that it doesn’t have a real kitchen if you want to actually cook, but you can do quick heat ups, air fryer, oven sink, and refrigerator. The beds are extremely comfortable, and there are decks on both level levels of the house."

"We enjoyed our stay at this home tremendously. It’s in a great location and we were able to get out easily. Parking for a larger vehicle is a little tricky, but it’s private and secure."

"We had a wonderful stay. The place is spacious and clean, making for a very comfortable stay for our large group. The only issue we encountered was with the upstairs bathroom toilet, which occasionally got stuck or wouldn’t flush properly. Despite this inconvenience, the overall atmosphere and communication with the host were excellent. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a stay in LA!"

"The house was great. It was very clean and organized. Some places look bigger in pictures but this house looked just as big if not bigger than the pictures. I loved the electric security gate to keep your vehicle safe. And the host was a very welcoming and kind person and they did all they could to make sure we had a great experience. Would definitely recommend to a friend or family member. "

"This little gem is a perfect two bedroom in LA -- clean and a simple walk to Whole Foods, drug store and restaurants. We loved it! Very quiet and secluded feeling, and the hosts were fantastic to communicate with and responsive to questions about early check in and late check out. Loved it. Five stars."
