"Our family of five stayed here while exploring LA. it was conveniently located just a few blocks from Beverly Hills and allowed us to explore Hollywood, Santa Monica and Venice and spend a day at Universal Studios. The ADU has a spacious kitchen and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. Only thing to note is that the futons are on the smaller size so a little cramped for our 6 foot tall teenage son. But would come back again. "

"Our family of four had a great three night stay in the Hollywood hills. The property was exactly as listed. Clean. Three nice bedrooms. We were two adults and two teens. Great hot tub which we enjoyed ever night, complete with views of the stars. The owner describes everything beautifully, even down to how to park the car for better access to the house.if you are looking to enjoy LA and stay in the hills above the city, this is a great choice."

I have a lot of correspondence with the owner which is still ongoing and truly do not believe the owners of this property should be on VRBO. The day before they switched houses on us and I have a laundry list of things that were horrible at the property.
