"Staff was helpful, room was decent but heating was not as effective as my expectation but i was there for single night . If you are flying in after 10:00pm shuttle is every hour and if i am not wrong setvuce stops after 11pm. In morning shuttle is every 45 min. There are 2 embassy suites this is south. So be careful not to get on north bus. Breakfast was great. Over all good stay for a night. I can't see much if you planning to stay more then a night. "

"The valet and the hotel check-in attendant were efficient and pleasant. We were given water and macaroons upon arrival. A luggage attendant delivered our bags to our room. The room was comfortable and clean. The property was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The property is a bit older as some of the paint around the windows was cracked in addition to the closet and bathroom doors. Overall, I had an excellent stay and the staff as well as the decor made up for any property deficiencies....

"After getting off the cruise ship, we arrived very early - too early to check in - and the staff took our luggage and invited us to enjoy breakfast and relax until our room was ready. The entire staff was exceptionally kind and courteous. The room and entire facility was very clean and comfortable. "
