"This is a great location for those who want to avoid the crowds of Times Square, etc. The staff was top-notch- friendly & professional & helpful. It’s a smaller hotel which means you won’t wait long for an elevator & both elevators worked! The rooms were big by NYC standards. Will definitely stay here again! "

"The hotel was great, except that our room had the heater on and there was no way to shut it off. Woke up at 3am in a sweat bc the temperature had been raised to 80 degrees. Went down to the lobby and had a maintenance staff some up but when he opened the AC system, he said the function to turn it off was broken. Had to shut the whole system off and open window. Nobody from the hotel contacted us the next day to resolve the issue."
