"As usual the digital check in didn’t work so we got a key from the desk. Location is superb for the South Terminal! 10 sq M is very tight. The bed is up against the window wall & just fits in the width of the room. Glad we got a room with a window as we could see the planes take off & land. Very well soundproofed. Bathroom is poorly designed. It’s a wet room and the water goes everywhere including on the wc & loo roll. Then when you’ve finished you can’t go back in without getting wet feet!...

"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Seems dirty on the outside but the moment we walked in we were welcomed by friendly staff and a beautiful lobby. The two on site restaurants were super convenient for us as well as the airport shuttle. Definitely will stay again if I’m back in UK"

"The walk from the hotel reception desk to the Transat baggage drop-off took about one minute. We were able to drop off our bags and return to the hotel for our free breakfast. What's better than that!"

"Staff were very nice. Was able to check in early. Selected diamond member of the day, kids treats given to our youngest at check in. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices!"

"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"
