"The hotel was clean and the rooms were large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is only 10 minutes from the airport and convenient to shopping and restaurants. You can walk to or take a cab to the malecón and zona romántica. The star of the hotel is its rooftop pool!!!! "

"This is a small all inclusive resort in the cove surrounded by mountains. There is nightly music in the lobby but otherwise not a lot of entertainment. 10 minute drive to downtown. Food was ok. Pool was warm/heated. Worth it to upgrade for access to adult pool. Saw a whale and dolphins during walk on beach. Cleaning staff did walk in room after knocking even though yelled ‘don’t come in I’m in the shower’. Happened 3 times. We would go back. "

"I liked the staff and activities. I stayed in VIP we did not receive any extra benefits. Did not know what benefits were available. No information! We had 3 other rooms with family members on the upper floors they seemed to have more. We had no orientation when we checked in had no idea what VIP service was. "Great location about 1.5 miles or a $6 cab ride to the malecon. Close to the airport 15 mins if there’s some traffic. The Versailles neighborhood is right up the street with a lot of options for food if you do not want to do AI everyday. Rooms were clean a bit noisy at night from the entertainment at dreams or secrets depending on the night but everything wrapped up by 11.
