We enjoyed our stay. The food was good, nothing exceptional. They do have amazing tacos and fresh fruit. The beach is not sandy and the water was not clear. We loved the location, walking distance to down town and close to the marina and airport. It was not a true all inclusive, they had two restaurants not included and Starbucks not included either. The covid test were super expensive! We will come back to Puerto Vallarta!

They don't seem to interested in keeping my booking for a king bed instead we got two double beds witch we didn't want after two attemps. they are not a 5 star hotel at best maybe a 3-1/2 they couldn't wait to take off the Bracelet at noon and letting you know that you will have to pay for everyting now. I will not ever do All Inclusives again way too expensive for what you get.

In our 14 day stay, we only met 2 members of staff who weren't happy and Friendly. The staff was awesome, food was always good with lots of options, grounds were clean, the spa was awesome, drinks were good. I have been to many islands and Mexico, this was one of the best trips ive been on. Planning a return trip next January.

We had a great time at Sheraton Buganvilias. The location of the resort is amazing and the accessibility to Malecon, Costco, Walmart and the close proximity to the city makes it a special place. All the staff at this resort are phenomenal and they make the stay special. Food at all the buffet restaurants for breakfast was amazing. I want to say special thanks to Capitan Victor and all his staff as they went above and beyond to make our stay special. Thank you so much Victor and team. Also the entertainment staff at Sheraton is fantastic. I want to call out Mariana who is a fantastic host and conducts the water aquatics in the pool. Three cheers to you Mariana :) Also the shows in the open air seating were fantastic. Loved the Michael Jackson show thoroughly. We will be back soon.

We enjoy staying at this hotel. Good value for the money. Beds are comfortable, staff are friendly, food is good. Their poolside burgers are the best. We haven’t tried the Spa or Fitness Center but they look nice. Good view of fireworks from PV.

We love the Sheraton. The staff is fabulous in the buffet seaside restaurant... especially Lois and Juan. Management treated us like family, Oscar and Rudolfo particularly took good care of us. We have been staying at the Sheraton Buganvilias for around 20 years and it NEVER disappoints
