"Great location about 1.5 miles or a $6 cab ride to the malecon. Close to the airport 15 mins if there’s some traffic. The Versailles neighborhood is right up the street with a lot of options for food if you do not want to do AI everyday. Rooms were clean a bit noisy at night from the entertainment at dreams or secrets depending on the night but everything wrapped up by 11. "My daughter and I stayed at this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment for 15 glorious days over Christmas and News Years. We rang in 2025 with an amazing view of the Bay of Banderas. The modern kitchen has everything a person needs to prepare meals. Beds are comfortable. The middle bedroom’s sheets could have been better as they were thin and showed wear. "The condo itself was good. Just what we needed for size. The 2 beds were comfortable. 2 of my children had to sleep on the pull out couch (which is no big deal normally) however the if they were too far up the bed collapsed back inward on them, the mattress was very skinny and stained. The patio was good with a great view of the ocean. However it was not private as there was only a small chain separating the other patios. So people from the other condos would be able to walk through our patio...

"Our room was very clean upon arrival, although we had to wait like 1 and a half for our room to be ready, the pool staff is extremely friendly and the food is good.. this is a family friendly hotel however is fine to relax.. the only disappointing thing is that there was no kids activities during our stay."

"I worried about falling. Having stairs in the room with no railing is a hazard. Stone floors I was prepared for! The hotel staff Jose in TikiTaco is excellent. The men who helped in arrival all good particularly Ignacio, he was patient with guests, made them feel welcome. Food was good in all restaurants. The service was outstanding. I like that you had activities, lots of music & energy from the dance crew. Maid Karla great the room was clean everyday. Good stay thanks"
