"Wow. We stayed a couple nights here looking for a relaxing place to workout, play tennis, sit/drink by the pool, enjoy some good food - and this checked all the boxes. The people and staff here are so kind and wonderful - impressively most are bilingual and english accommodated. We loved the various dining options across both Secrets & Dreams sides - incuding the cafes that serve yummy snacks and drinks. One thing that I did not like was the bathroom layout it was difficult to reach for the toilet paper. I would recommend they do something different with the layout."

"We love this property for the feel of a hacienda. Great and clean pools and love the Cafe Chapultepec for meals by the pool and views of the ocean. Balcony rooms have a nice view of the harbor. Beautiful flowers and palms and many pools give it a personal feel."

"We’ve been to this resort multiple times over multiple years. The staff is great and has tenure. There’s a couple hiccups along the way but they are always ready willing and able to make it right. It’s great for the kids and we always have a great time. There’s a wedding almost every night but they shut it down at about 10pm. We’ll be back again next year!"
