"The room was not clean. The floors looked dirty and stained including the bathroom floor and shower. The sliding door track was dirty. The air conditioner return was full of dust. There were hidden charges which I was not aware of until I received a statement in my email. I was told that bottled water was free, the shuttle to downtown was free. I was charged a $28.13 daily Destination Fee plus $11.25 daily for parking. NOT FREE."
