Hallway rugs could use a refresh. Impossible to move a rolling suitcase on them. And just a general statement: We hate paying resort fees when we make no use of the facilities. Access should be optional.

Second time staying at hotel. This visit we were in a standard Queen room. It was a nice size room, but the bed was hard as a rock. Just an old mattress sitting on top of plywood. Nothing like the bed we had in first visit (it was a suite). We complained to front desk after 2 nights. They said they may be able to move us, but not until the next day. (It was NYE.) They also said the hotel was in midst of changing out mattresses; a fact which was later disputed by different staff. No one ever contacted us about the availability of moving to a new room. On check out day the cleaning crew entered our room and said their records showed room was vacant. So someone moved us to a new room in system, but never told us. We eventually got the daily service charge removed from our bill. The room cleaning never occurred before 4pm; on NYE they were so late getting to our room I had to speed shower. The hotel property is nice, but the daily fees are excessive for what you get.

The staff was welcoming and very helpful. We loved the heated pool and the bar/restaurant located right next to it. The Marker is in a great location with many sights and restaurants in walking distance.

We like that The Marker is located in a quieter, more laid back part of town but centrally located for our favorite places. This was our 3rd stay!

Hotel is clean, nice enough and in a great spot. The hotel looks nice however is cheaply built so noisy is an understatement. You can hear all your neighbors walking above you and talking beside you. For some reason they decide to play loud music at the pool starting at 7:30 AM so if that is a concern get an outside room. We thought it was kind of weird. Hotel service was nice when around however are frequently not at the desk to serve you. We didn’t have a “bad”experience however when we go back we’ll likely stay somewhere else.

Hey im not much of a Florida guy .I rode the bike down just to see the sunset. This place is awesome. I went during hurricane season so the rates were cheaper but its one of the nicest places around just a little bit of a walk to everything. Beware of Uber there they have no idea where their taking you

This property location is great! Annette in customer service upgraded us to a beautiful and spacious suite. It was for my 50th birthday. It was nice to have a large room and patio for us to hang out with the other couples.
