"I had a problem at in the beginning with the outlet and they put me in a room that was not clean but they made sure they fixed the problem that was to my satisfaction, but overall this is a really good place to stay."

"Spending the weekend in Jacksonville house hunting. The hotel was very cozy but also very, very dated. I thought we had a cow printed chair in our hotel room, but it was an old leather chair with the leather flaking off all over the place. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Service at the front desk was great."

"Great hotel. Don’t understand negative reviews. The hotel was clean and in the process of being renovated. Breakfast area is lovely. The best is we had a dog and the walk around the lake in the front of hotel was perfect. Clean and my dog and l loved it. The room was large, clean and nicely decorated. My advice to customers would be book this hotel and ignore negative reviews. "
