Elevator was down and beeping by my room all night long. Room service food was overpriced and OK at best. Seafood pasta came with three shrimp and three muscles and cost over $50. My food didn’t even come with water. Great place to have a wedding unless you’re not in it, to go to the beach, pool or lobby I would have had to walk right through the wedding or stand and wait until it’s over, which I did. My room had no cups for coffee and all the coffee pods were decaffeinated. Not a big deal if you like waking up early, but the roosters outside start crowing around 6:30 AM. I just think all of this was too much for me not to review or return.

It was right on the water and very clean. The check-in experience was great! The check-in time should be 11AM if a resort fee is going to be tagged on to the first night of stay.

Overall, we had a good visit to Key West and stay at the Casa Marina. There were a few things, such as attitudes among staff, that were not always the kindest, and we felt like we were bothering them by asking the simplest questions, with the exception of the bartenders in the Canary Room. In addition, the $100 per day incidentals charge was rather confusing and the check-in staff did a terrible job of explaining it, and there was no disclosure regarding this charge anywhere to be found. It was not an issue, but a heads up would have been nice.

Staff didn't inform me of how room credits worked when i checked inn. But the manger corrected for us the last day. Very clean rooms and beach, also restaurant is delicious but breakfast is so overpriced
