"I love, love, love Hotel Chinzanso!! It’s such a beautiful hotel with captivating artifacts that are centuries old, but immaculately preserved. The garden is stunning and the fog display is breathtaking. The staff are incredibly polite, cheerful and professional. The food is absolute perfection! I totally enjoyed my time here and I’m looking forward to staying here again. "

"It was clean and safe. Hallways were very cold and rooms tend to get warm. I experienced the onset for the first time in my life and that was an amazing experience. Being from the US, we don't have that in our hotels. The grocery store inside was like a mini 7/11 and that was nice to have. Close to train. I would totally stay here again!! "
