"The most glorious hotel. Everything aspect of our stay was tremendous and worth every penny. We had a Heritage Suite. Expect pyjamas, pillow origami at turn-down, more towels and toiletries than you could use, fantastic and attentive staff. Room was 63sq meters - so a good size and we had complementary access to the members bar on the lobby floor. Note, dining options are very formal - we are in the skylight bar on the very top floor for amazing views, fabulous service and more relaxed dining. "

"Perfect hotel for Disney! Right across from the monorail station that takes you to Disneyland or Disney Seas. So convenient. Nice large room. Good wifi. The beds are firm and the pillows were a little too hard for our taste but that is the case in a lot of hotels in Japan. Overall a great stay and we will definitely come back. "

"I heard that the rooms in Japan were small, but this was the perfect size and we enjoyed our stay. Very easy to get to the train stations and many options for food. Excellent place to stay!"

"Everything about her stay here was great, check-in was easy, staff very helpful and accommodating, rooms were clean and the views were amazing. Rooms are a little small, but perfect enough for what you need. Not there to spend time in the room anyways. The bathrooms were large and tub was great! I hope that they figure out a way to make viewing Godzilla outside safe again cause it was a bummer that it was supposed to be able to walk out on that balcony. A ton of restaurants and if you wanna feel like you’re truly Tokyo, this is definitely a spot to be. Would recommend. "
