"I had a great experience at Daiichi Inn. We arrived early but they stored our luggages for us. Staff were very polite and kind. The location could not be better than this- 1-2 minute walk from Ikebukuro station. Given the location, I had expected it to be noisy through the day and night, but surprisingly the noise level was low and I slept very well. I recommend their breakfast- it is worth paying extra for sure. "

"Pros: Mall and Attractions beside the hotel City view Multiple restos in the hotel Wide rooms Lawson in Second floor in the hotel A2 Station entrance to subway 2 minutes from the hotel Multile food courts 1 minute away Shopping 2 minutes away Don Quijote 24 hoirs 5 minutes away Cool garden 10 minute walk Cons: Lobby open to anyone Can get crowded during game days Buffet breakfast 7/10 Room walls can be thin 2 subway rides to main Tokyo attractions costing about 1.5 dollars per trip Not in the popular Yamanote line for tourist spots Overall stay: 8/10 "
