"This was our first experience with an all-inclusive resort. We were pleased to find the variety of food available, so we didn't have to always eat the same things (however some were so good we did). The facilities were beautiful and clean. Was fun being next to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"Liked the proximity to downtown, while able to enjoy the beach. However, the rooms have thin walls. Very noisy neighbors and all sounds from their room and others in the hallway were heard very clearly and loudly in our room. "

"If you like resorts, you'll probably like this place. It's surrounded by other resorts, so even the beach feels "resort-y." The place doesn't have much of a Mexico feel; otherwise, no major complaints. "

"It is a beautiful property but the upkeep and maintenance is poor hence the property looks run down. Most of the staff are good but there is no genuine hospitality from them except a few of the staff that we encountered during the stay. We feel that the training of the staff is inadequate hence a lot of inconsistency in service standards. "We had a great week at The Hacienda at Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta. We stayed on the adult side so it was very peaceful but did spend some time at the Krystal Grand and appreciated that we had a choice. The property is very pretty and the beach is lovely. The food wasnt spectacular, but I was not expecting it to be. Servers were awesome! Great atmosphere. "
