"Amazing stay for us. Went as a couple and had a wonderful stay for a week. Food and drinks were amazing for an all-inclusive resort. I am celiac and they were very accommodating to my food allergy requests and every meal asked if there were any food allergies. Resort is also not very big which we enjoyed having a more intimate setting, unlike the bigger resorts in Mexico. Nightlife was somewhat lacking, but we were not very upset about this. "Las palmes by the sea....... is exactly that! A quaint oasis that does see its share of both locals and travellers. I CANNOT express enough how good the staff are and how hard they work. If you have complaints about any of the staff You are likely the problem! We were never pressured by promoters at all. There were a few hiccups in our stay, but they were ALL tourist related, and often related to the "coffee shop mentality" over seating at the adult pool? Aside that all was great!!!!! Thank you...

"My husband & I stayed 19 days, 4th floor 1 bdr suite. The good: 2 bathrooms, amazing water and pressure, staff worked very hard to provide a good experience, Mexican sunset Festival dinner around the pool (oceanside) was incredible!! Such a lot of work by staff to set up, & the dancing stage show was fantastic! Only problem with that- was communication for that event was never highlighted or communicated to guests.
