"My husband & I stayed 19 days, 4th floor 1 bdr suite. The good: 2 bathrooms, amazing water and pressure, staff worked very hard to provide a good experience, Mexican sunset Festival dinner around the pool (oceanside) was incredible!! Such a lot of work by staff to set up, & the dancing stage show was fantastic! Only problem with that- was communication for that event was never highlighted or communicated to guests. "Just had the BEST time at the friendly! Staff was super nice, drinks were great, rooms were clean and air conditioned, plenty of comfy spots to relax, lots of pool/hot tub options, right on the beach, and some decent options for food! There are two restaurants where you need to get reservations the day before and it is very worth it! Music most nights on a dance floor which is super fun. Would highly recommend this place to others for an all-inclusive experience!"

"The setting was beautiful, with multiple pools with adequate loungers most of the time. An additional plus was that many of the pools were kid friendly. The staff at the restaurant in the facility were gracious and food and drinks excellent. The room itself had seen better days, and the cleaning/supplying of towels, and shampoo was inconsistent during our stay."
