"Overall I had a good experience. Friendly employees. The buffet was good. The restaurants were good, however I was there for 4 days and could not get a reservation for the steakhouse there was never availability. The rooms were good including the mini bar but I had had minor issues where the phone did not have batteries nor the scale in the bathroom. I did want to note that booking through Expedia, I had a dedicated agent and she was delightful and attentive. "

"There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "

"Very nice all-inclusive resort in Montego Bay area. The staff was very polite and courteous. Food was good, drinks were nice and rooms clean. There were events every night which kept a very festive vibe going. My 5yr old daughter enjoyed every bit of our stay. They also have cabs to drop you to the airport at very reasonable prices and almost zero wait times. No need to worry about transportation back to the airport at the end of your trip. All in all a very good experience. Nothing to give it...
