"This was a very pleasant experience for us. The room (King) was spacious and the bed was SUPER comfortable! When we requested items for our room (fridge and towels) they arrived within minutes. The fridge is an extra fee ($25 for the entire stay), but we knew that going into it and we had items that had to stay cold. It was worked into the cost of the stay but we each got a $30/day credit to use at the on site restaurants or bar, so it was the illusion of free stuff! I was quite satisfied and would stay here again. "

"Absolutely loved staying here. From check in we received the best customer service. Our room was not quite ready and we did not mind,the beautiful Erica provided us with a basket of goodies to apologise for our troubles.The grab and go breakfast was perfect. Loved the historical feel of the hotel and security was paramount. Quiet rooms, clean and brilliant locations. 30 sec walk to times square and staff informative. Cant wait to come back"
