"Very comfortable stay, great facilities in the room"

"The staff was very nice. The bedroom was very comfortable as were the beds. The breakfast was very tasty and affordable. Parking was conveniently outside. It was nice seeing dogs in the hotel. But unfortunately I stepped on dog poo on the short walk from the hotel entrance to my car which was not pleasant at all. The brown pebbles made it hard to see. All in all I would come back if I was in the are but careful where you step."

"The Knoll house hotel is set in beautiful surroundings and has an old fashioned vibe. The staff are absolutely lovely and were incredibly helpful and kind. Observing some of the guest behaviour they also have the patience of saints. What makes the hotel stand out is it's setting. Beautiful views across Studland and walks on your doorstep. The rooms are clean and adequate, they are not particularly luxurious but if they were we probably wouldn't be able to afford to stay here. The restaurant food...

"The hotel roomed seemed spacious and clean. The shower ran out of hot water first thing in the morning. I had to take a cold shower at 7 in the morning because the warm water just went away and I had the handle turned all the way to hot. Not a great experience. And my husband was charged $10 for a small bowl of cereal and a coffee which is steep. "

"Airport hotel convenient for a layover. Shuttle (GBP 6) is only running once an hour, so I chose public transport, which is available, if you can walk your luggage and yourself the 300 or so yards on either bookend of the journey, manage the few steps, etc. For myself, no problem, but when I travel with my elderly mother, I will use a taxi instead. It is just a few miles from terminal 2 to the hotel. My room was quiet, which is amazing, given the location. Disappointing was that I had to pay GBP...
