"We booked this hotel as it was roughly cheapest for one night stay in Edinburgh. Its a 45 min walk into Edinburgh or 10 mins in taxi. Taxi cost us about £10. The room was badic but clean. Shower was powerful and enough clean towels for the 2 of us. There was a freeview tv. Kettle tea and coffee. We had a couple of drinks in bar before heading out. Staff were lovely. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. This was a quick stay and we did not eat at the hotel this time. My only criticism is the shower was barely warm in the morning and would not heat up . I was on the second floor ."

"Having work undertaken on our motorhome nearby, need a base to while away time. Good value, helpful staff, Toby to enable early check in. Comfortable, large room. Nice layout. Great place to chill."
