"The person on reception were really welcoming and friendly offered to take our luggage up to our room asit was on the 3rd floor, no lift as very old building. The room was small but clean and comfortable for 1 night. Very close to Paddington Station so great for getting to transport links. Staff told us about a lovely cafe for breakfast too. Will definitely use again. "

"Enjoyed our stay. Checked in early and our room was ready. Had a family room with king bed and sofa bed, not massive with the sofa bed made up, but plenty big enough. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Microwave and fridge provided, plus tea, coffee and biscuits. Decor is a bit tired but not in bad condition. Bathroom was lovely, very modern, spotlessly clean, amazing shower, and included things like spare toothbrush and shave kit if we needed it. Breakfast was great, really tasty and plenty...

"PROs: Location (safe, convenient to airport & underground, pubs in the area), Price (not cheap, but great for London), Staff (available & friendly), Breakfast (quite a few options and friendly staff to make more), Cleanliness (daily room service!), free welcome beer at the pub across the street (great place), checkout wasn't until noon and they were so kind to hold our luggage until evening CONs: Room & Bathroom were small (but it's London and on a budget it is expected to be cozy), bathroom...
