"Great overnight stay. Room was newly refurbished and beautiful, facing Queen’s garden (I was upgraded on arrival). Only 10 mins walk from Paddington station. The room service was nice and good value. I had to leave early in the morning so I didn’t order the breakfast but everyone seems to enjoy it. I would be very happy to rebook here when I am in this area again."

"It is Only 2min walk from Paddington station. Super convenience location for shopping and go anywhere include 25min to LHR Airport and 1hr 20min to Bicester Village (London Outlet). Super friendly staffs to carry my heavy luggage upstairs to my room. Excellent hotel location I must say. 😊👍"

"Absolutely love this hotel! It was perfectly located for walking too many great London localities, and a designated Uber pick up spot is right outside the front door. Service was impeccable. Love the bar! Great place, especially for the price."

"The staff were amazing, very helpful and pleasant. The room where we stayed was ok.. the stairs to the room was a chore with our suitcases..no elevator. The mattress covers were severely stained and needed replacement. There was no lock to the bathroom door and it didn’t close all the way. The breakfast was very good with several choices. "

"Stayed here for two nights while visiting London. Staff were lovely and friendly and accommodated an early check in for us. Room was small but clean and location was ideal. The only negative was the air conditioning system for the hotel was right outside our bedroom window so the noise was continuous so I would request a different room next time. "
