"The location of this hotel is absolutely outstanding, right in the middle of Soho. The rooms are very small, but they offer all the space you need if you’re efficient with them. I actually had a room with no window and I’ve never slept better in a hotel. But claustrophobes beware — 7 m² is a very small space."

"The staff was lovely and very helpful. The breakfast in the restaurant wasn’t very good, over cooked eggs etc. the rooms were nice but need a refresh, starting to look warn. The eco stuff is good however don’t have towel warmers in the rooms if you have to call the front desk to have them turn them off and on. "

"This hotel was incredible. The location was perfect for it being our first time in a new city. My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week with no complaints. Also, the food at the hotel restaurant was actually phenomenal….please get the spaghetti bolognese. When we come back to London, We will happily stay here. Also, the staff gave us a complimentary upgrade which was spectacular!! "
