"The hotel was exactly what we needed for our ealy morning flight "

"We stayed a single night as we had returned from Thailand and didn’t want to drive back to Devon after a 14hour flight. Hotel room was nice with comfortable bed. Very well maintained - looked like it was recently refurbished. Very quiet given that Heathrow runway must be less than 300 yards away!! We could easily see planes taking off and landing from the window. Good shower. We were able to use hotel car park without booking. "

"We stayed only one night but it was absolutely perfect. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and the staff decorated our room so beautifully, there was wine and chocolate. They provided us with a free room upgrade so we stayed on a suite instead. Omg! We loved it. Thank you so much!! The hotel was very elegant, clean, comfortable and close to the London Tower. "

"Everything was great apart from one of the complimentary bottles of water had been already opened and drunk from. Told housekeeping on our way out but was not changed by the time we returned. It was put right by reception on our return."

"The hotel was okay. It is fairly new although it is showing signs of wear. The waterloo neighbourhood is a bit dodgy though. It is safe, for sure, and i will stay here again. It's just not quite the "West End". But then again, you get what you pay for"

"Convenient local bus to T2 at the airport. Room was clean and beds comfortable. The dining area is comfortable. There were good food options for dinner, but the quality was mediocre and very expensive for what you got. Breakfast was very good. "
