"A lovely property! Leigh and Sue are wonderful hosts, so kind and helpful. Me and my son had a fantastic stay, the room was comfy and clean and location of the property is excellent, just a 2min walk to the beach with Sandcastle and Pleasure Beach also less than 10 mins walk. "Our overall stay was lovely, we were celebrating our anniversary. We had a nice stay, the only thing that slightly marred our stay were the special offers advertised in the room, for the same price we had paid for room only, they were offering dinner and breakfast inclusive which was a little disappointing"

"There was nothing not to like every thing was good and value for money the only picky was the bar shut when they wanted to if there wasn't a lot of people in without giving warning. but our room was exactly how it was described quite sea view clean and all the staff were very helpful would go back again "
