"One of the towels was dirty. The lift was broken. There was junk outside the lift on every floor. Seems like a place for hen and stag events, and like bad behaviour is expected by staff from all patrons."

"We stayed for two nights. First night was brilliant had a good night sleep and staff very friendly on check in. Second night was disturbed late night and early next morning by shouting and loud banging from guests above"

"It was a quiet room with a comfortable mattress. Friendly, helpful staff. However, I had to bring to the attention of reception some few tiles, by the side of the shower, that could pose a slippery risk hazard as they were loose, and the grout around them had gone. The toilet bin was covered in rust. I could mention a few other things but I feel those were the main inconveniences. I hope this will be sorted for the next customer. I'm not sure about having another stay in the future."
