"I paid for room with a single bed. Was put in a tiny room with bunk beds. The reservation was not in their system, so had to waste about 30 minutes trying to check in... Overall worst experience. I want my room payment to be refunded in full."

Breakfast was free but saw several people (including employees) using bare hands when touching breads and any pastries, so we walked to Mcdonalds daily instead (very short walk). Overall, would recommend and stay again if in Flushing."
