"Convenient location, close to the train station and subway, small space but very comfortable, affordable and close distance to Tokyo Disney. They have lots of restaurants nearby for late night eats. The staff are very accommodating and welcoming. The customer service here is excellent. They provide amenities which are useful and good quality. The breakfast buffet is excellent and have lots of great variety of foods. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again."

It was dusty behind the furniture & air vents and the elevator had exposed lightbulbs. The leg room of the toilet was limited. There is no elevator so accessibility is very limited. The staff in charge of cleaning were kind and helpful always delivering daily amenities when the door was set to "eco cleaning".
