The room was very cosy and very quiet day and night. Also it's positioning being a 2 min walk from the train makes getting around Tokyo very easy. My stay included breakfast and a happy hour of complimentary drinks each day- these were very generous for the price. Perhaps for someone from Japan the expectations are high for hotels- as someone from the UK, this hotel far surpassed anything in the UK which I have experienced at a similar price point. "

It was dusty behind the furniture & air vents and the elevator had exposed lightbulbs. The leg room of the toilet was limited. There is no elevator so accessibility is very limited.
