"Had to pay extra $20 to check in 2 hours early. Room was ready anyway. Called front desk and asked for wine glasses and bottle opener. They said they did not carry either. crinkly plastic glasses in room. I paid for more luxury...they should have had more quality. These were important to me. Specifically got a room with seating area to entertain family. Seating was great....but we had to send one member to buy glasses and an opener. I was embarrassed."

"Stayed here while in town for Thanksgiving and again prior to our wedding. Property is clean and well appointed.Front desk staff is amazingly helpful and very nice!"
