"Excellent hotel with valet parking in downtown Cleveland close to many venues. Friendly helpful staff easy quick check in. The guy at the front desk had a great sense of humor, he was knowledgeable and efficient. Centro restaurant was fabulous. Our server was excellent. We stayed on a Tuesday and there was a fabulous date menu with 4 courses and great champagne included. The bread was fabulous. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms, choppped salad, delicious steak and Bolonaise pasta all for $109. Huge bowl of pasta we took some to go because we were stuffed. We had carrot cake for dessert yummy! Great stay I would definitely recommend it!"

"We had a great stay, the valet boys were quick and helpful. Mr. Alex, the concierge, was very friendly and gave us all the information we could need while helping with our bags when checking in and out. The hotel was great for our two boys and the family suite was exactly what we wanted. "

"Our room was clean and I loved the bathroom design -- huge open shower with a sink on either side. it was almost like having two separate bathrooms to get ready in. The robes and slippers were a nice touch and I liked some of the unique furnishings. Service from all staff was wonderful. Our package included breakfast and the food from the restaurant wasn't great, but I would give it another chance. Really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely return. Valet service is expensive but convenient and the valet was very good. "
